EPSD maintains a 1:1 program providing all students with access to a device for class work and diagnostic testing. The current student devices are Chromebooks which are approaching Google Auto Update Expiration (AUE). We are looking for proposals which would refresh the district’s devices as part of our device life cycle. Please see attached documents for details.

EPSD is seeking proposals from well qualified vendors who are licensed to collect from our clients the amount owed to the East Providence School District for its School Lunch Program. The work to be performed by the Collection firm is described in Section 3.2 of the attached RFP. Qualified firms are invited to submit proposals in response to this request.

All bid documents may be obtained at the East Providence School District Director of Finance Office City Hall, East Providence, RI between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday beginning on Monday, December 2, 2019 or by email request to ktoomey@jensenhughes.com.
Pre-Bid Conference:
A pre-bid conference will be held commencing at 11:00AM on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Whiteknact Elementary School, 261 Grosvenor Avenue, East Providence RI. The pre-bid conference will then continue at Riverside Middle School, 179 Forbes Street, East Providence immediately thereafter. Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be bidders’ opportunity to visit and familiarize themselves with the facility where they will be providing services, so that they may respond accurately to this RFP.
RFP Submission Deadline:
Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 3:00PM. Late submittals will be immediately disqualified.
Requests for Information:
Requests for Information during the Bidding Period will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019.
Requests for information or clarification must be made electronically to the attention of ktoomey@jensenhughes.com.
Answers to RFI’s received, will be forwarded electronically to all bidders who have registered and obtained a set of bid documents.
Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marked as follows:
