Operations

The Operations Department oversees many services that keep schools running each day. This includes student registration, transportation and bus routing, food and nutrition services, health and safety, emergency preparedness, and coordination with the City and public safety partners, and the Townie Food Pantry. Operations works closely with Facilities on building use, community rentals, and capital planning, and with school leadership on scheduling, arrival and dismissal procedures, and continuity of services during weather events and other disruptions.
