Lisa Benedetti-Ramzi serves as the Assistant Superintendent of the East Providence School Department. Her work includes district administration, curriculum alignment, systems design, and leadership development.

Before beginning her tenure in East Providence in 2024, she spent 18 years in the Pawtucket School Department serving as Assistant Superintendent, Interim Superintendent, and Principal of Goff Middle School. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Principal at Ponaganset High School and an English Teacher at Coventry High School.

As Assistant Superintendent, Ms. Benedetti-Ramzi works with district leadership, building administrators, and educators to design, carry out, and monitor the district’s operational and academic systems. She oversees Federal Grants Coordination and Title IX Reporting, and serves as Homeless Liaison and Home School Coordinator.
