Attention East Providence Families:
The East Providence School District is working on creating our plan for reopening on August 31, 2020. As part of this plan we are hoping to include a distance learning option for families that prefer their child(ren) not return to school in person at this time. Please complete this form if you would like the distance learning option.
***NOTE***
*Families that choose this option must commit to distance learning for the entire first semester ending on January 25th.
*Once the decision to opt into distance learning has been made, only a request to the Superintendent and Building Principal can modify this request.
*YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD
*Please complete this registration form by Friday, August 7, 2020, so we are able to plan for appropriate staffing.
*At this time, RIDE has not approved optional distance learning for school districts. The determination of opening status (full, partial, distance) and if optional distance learning will be allowable in all grades will be determined by RIDE.
